The territory of the hunting farm includes Susk and Reshutsk forestry of the SE Klevan forestry and some quarters of the SE SFAE "Kostopil Derzhspetslisgosp". The territory of hunting grounds is located in the Rivne and Kostopil regions of the Rivne oblast, which are part of the Eastern European straw of broadleaf forests of the European broad-leaved zone.
According to the forest-hunting district, the territory of hunting grounds of the MSK "Sokil" belong to the Polesia and Forest-steppe forest-hunting grounds. The orchards are mainly forest areas with plantation of coniferous and deciduous trees, occasional marshland.
The hunting fauna of the farm includes representatives of the class of birds and the class of mammals. In the land there are: moose, red deer, roe deer, wild boar, beaver, otter, marten, hazel, waterfowl and others.
The species composition of the hunting ornithofauna is quite diverse, as the territory of our farm is a place of migration and nesting of many species of birds.

In order to improve the conditions of stay and the best reproduction of wildlife at the farm, a number of measures are being taken. Annually 185 hectares of crop fields are sown for feeding animals, which grows corn, oats, artichoke, wheat and perennial grasses.

To ensure the protection of hunting grounds, there are 12 hunters (two changes per 6 people) that protect the land from poaching around the clock. Hunter service is fully equipped with transport and special equipment for detecting violations of hunting rules (thermal imagers, camcorders, motion sensors and devices for search). The Service traces cases of illegal hunting and removes the means of obtaining a beast.
In order to prevent poaching, explanatory work is being conducted among the local population. In particular, there is a monetary reward for reporting illegal hunting in the territory of the farm.
